The following are instructions intended to show you how to upgrade your Security Surveillance Client. Please note that only key delegates have access to the Security Surveillance system, so these instructions will only be for those individuals.
Step 1) Start the exacqVision client software.
Step 2) Click on the 'exacqVision' image in the right hand corner of the exacqVision client software (sample image is shown below).
Step 3) Select the 'Check for Updates' button, as shown below.
Step 4) When presented with the 'Install' or 'Save' options/buttons, we recommend using the Save button, as the Install does not always work.
Step 5) Save the update .exe file to your local hard drive.
Step 6) Close your exacqVision client software and then go to where you saved the update .exe file and double click it to run the client upgrade.
Step 7) Follow the update prompts. Once done, relaunch the exacqVision client. You're all done!
