A patron receives a message "Sorry, unrecognized username or password." When you are checking for valid card information, expiration date etc., check to see if they have multiple barcode fields. Old cards especially may have multiple b fields with old card numbers with LOST or REPLACED messages after them. Please bring these cards to Laurie or Alicia to fix and it will solve the patron's website issue.
